The attorneys-at-law are subject to compulsory professional insurance (Article 227 of the Act of 6 July 1982 on the attorneys-at-law, Journal of Laws of 1982, No. 19, item 145, as amended).

Services and payment
Prices for services provided to clients are set individually. Services are provided on the basis of an agreement concluded with the Client.
The customer can choose the following forms of payment for the services provided:
- individuals: transfer through a bank account, payment card through a payment terminal, cash,
- other clients: transfer to a bank account.
Privacy policy
Our Legal Office as a personal data controller
Stoppa i Partnerzy Spółka Partnerska Kancelaria Radców Prawnych is the controller of personal data of clients, contact persons of clients and persons whose data have been provided by clients, if it is necessary for the performance of the service. To the extent that the legal office processes such personal data for the purpose of providing legal assistance, it becomes their controller in accordance with the law.
Our legal office also processes personal data of people who participate in events organized by us, apply for a job, work or provide services for us.
Purposes and bases of data processing
We process data for the following purposes:
- provision of legal services,
- recruitment and employment,
- marketing within the limits permitted by professional self-government,
- fulfillment of obligations provided by law.
Our legal office does not make decisions regarding data subjects based on automated processing, including profiling.
The scope of personal data processed
- name and surname, PESEL number, NIP number, address, telephone number, e-mail address.
Rights of the data subject
Data subjects have the following rights:
- the right to information, which is implemented, inter alia, by this Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy,
- the right to access the data,
- the right to data rectification,
- the right to erasure of data,
- the right to restrict data processing,
- the right to object, which can be exercised, inter alia, in situations where you do not wish to receive marketing information from the legal office.

In addition, persons whose data we process have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data with the Administrator of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Limit the exchange of information
Stoppa i Partnerzy Spółka Partnerska Kancelaria Radców Prawnych does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of users to other persons or institutions, unless it is done with the explicit consent or at the request of the user, it is directly the result of the ordered case or at the request of authorized public authorities for their proceedings. We also do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area, unless required by the case ordered. In such cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection for the data of individuals by applying one of the grounds listed in Title V of the GDPR.
Data storage periods
Our Legal Office retains data for the time justified by the execution of a legal order or for a period resulting from legal provisions.
In matters not covered above, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant acts of Polish legislation, as well as the legislation of the European Union, in particular the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).
