Attorney-at-law Paweł Stoppa graduated in Law Studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun and then European Special Studies at the Center for European Studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. In 2002–2005 he received a judicial apprenticeship, after which he passed the judicial exam.
He has been working as an attorney at law since 2006, gaining experience in large law offices in the Tri-City.
In his professional practice, attorney at law Paweł Stoppa is primarily engaged in legal services, litigation and vindication.
In addition, he has an extensive practice in the field of company law, construction law, banking law (including in the so-called frank cases), cooperative law, as well as servicing of foreign investments. He handles cases before courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court, the Chief Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court.
He has successfully concluded court cases in complicated investigations concerning the division of marital assets, as well as in investigations of compensation against the Treasury (including investigations of claims relating to persons repressed for their activities in favour of the independent existence of the Polish state). He has extensive experience in handling bankruptcy cases. He has participated in the drafting of many contracts, including transactions leading to the liquidation of a bankrupted estate, and above all in many court proceedings involving the bankruptcy trustee.
As part of his professional practice, he supported numerous foreign legal entities and individuals. Similarly, he was engaged in the establishment and support of unions, funds, legal consulting in servicing contracts on the general implementation of investments (in the EPC formula), obtaining permits for the purchase of real estate for foreigners.
Co-author of two scientific articles on family law published in foreign periodicals. Participant of national and international scientific conferences.
